We made this for a pot luck at church. We have some members that need gluten free choices and so decided to give this a try. Made it with 2 pounds of grass fed beef and it was yummy.

This is a great base for stew or soup. I received as a gift and tried it tonight.
Added 1 can pizza sauce (didn’t have stewed tomatoes) and approx. 4 1/2 cans of water. Added fresh broccoli, cauliflower, celery and chunks of rotisserie chicken. The spice blend gives it a kick. Turned out great for a fast dinner. Going to order more and transfer it to canning jars for my food storage. Great job!
